Bhuvan trained in Finance and Economics at the University of Toronto, and deepened that with specialised study in Real Estate and Investments at the Wharton School. He spent over eight years in strategy consulting across North America, helping businesses grow and create lasting value - developing the instinct to see assets not just as investments, but as things to be built and improved. He brought that perspective into real estate and hospitality, working with family offices and institutional funds to manage hotel transactions, create new hospitality brands, and improve returns across residential and commercial portfolios.
